Treatment
Before your treatment, you will be directed to download pre-treatment advice to follow for the best results. Then undergo your treatment in a home-clinic setting where your comfort and safety is priority.
Aftercare & Maintenance
After your treatment, you will receive a post-treatment & aftercare advice sheet to make your downtime as comfortable as possible. Alison will also advise on home care and maintenance options.
Pre & Post Care
Pre-Care Advice
Help minimise bruising by taking these steps:
- Refrain from alcohol at least 2 days prior
- A week before, stop taking blood-thinning supplements: Aspirin, Ibuprofen, St. John's Wort, Vitamin E, Fish Oil, Omega-3s, Ginkgo Biloba, Ginseng

Post-Care Advice
What to do after your treatment:
- Don't touch, rub or massage the treated area for 24 hours
- Avoid strenuous physical activity
- Avoid consuming large amounts of alcohol
- Avoid facials, chemical peels or microdermabrasion for 24 hours
- Topical vitamin K and arnica can help with bruising
- Avoid lying down for 1 hour post-procedure
